I really love this action call for a happier world. They promote and provide content for free courses that include scientific data and mindfulness practices. There even have been some in-person courses in the Outaouais region.

Action for Happiness helps people take action for a happier and more caring world. Their patron is The Dalai Lama and their members take action to increase wellbeing in their homes, workplaces, schools, and local communities.

The vision is a happier world, with fewer people suffering from mental health problems and more people feeling good, functioning well, and helping others.
