Offer a fun, inspirational, memorable experience
Through art-based workshops and dialogue, we create inviting environments for open discussions and fresh thinking. Making art is about seeing new possibilities; possibilities are opportunities.
At the core of every effective team, is trust. With trust comes mutual respect, honesty, communication and collaboration. Each of our team building exercises and workshops is designed to build trust among team members in a spontaneous, open environment without fear of judgment or criticism. The importance is in the journey, not the end result.
This will result in the creation of individual or collective work of art that could be sold in whole or in parts at a charitable event such as Teknion did following our workshop (pictures on left).
Take your team away from their normal sphere of activity, giving them time to reflect, making it easier to take risks without fear of failure and helping them to “think outside the box”.
Effective communication affects the quality of our day and successful business. This workshop provides a safe and playful environment in which to explore modes of expression and perceptions they engender through hands-on exercises, discussion, and application of colour and embellishments on a plain face masks.
By experimenting and listening to verbal and noticing non-verbal communication, the importance of empathy emerges to deepen understanding and engage with others and in turn provides skills to better manage, inspire, and collaborate with their team and business connections.
Explore intuitive painting as an opportunity to give yourself time to play and immerse yourself in a rich, creative process. This will help you to momentarily let go of life’s responsibilities while inviting its possibilities.
This workshop explores productive forms of creative, critical thinking through interactive and written exercises. Using step-by- step methods, discover how creative expression leads to reduced stress, better, health, increased life enjoyment and success.
Inspiration, vitality, movement, flow, imagination, improvisation, exploration, wonder, curiosity are some of the keywords in this session. Appreciate the value of taking a break from your normal schedule and discover natural ways to increase your optimism and productivity. Take time to access your inner wisdom to build confidence in painting as in life.
Mandalas have been created for centuries to hold intent. Their circular designs characterize infinity and wholeness within our bodies, minds and imagination.
Using a variety of simple techniques, templates and exercises we will explore symbolic aspects of colour, shape, and themes to complete a mandala that blends your own symbols of power and hope. These childlike colouring exercises are a fun, yet profound experience that helps to connect us with our subconscious, non- tangible self.
Today mandalas are a fantastic anti-stress tool; a subtle yet powerful way to decrease your tension and eliminate mental scatter; a doorway to serenity.
While yoga is often thought of only as a tool to help us find ease in the body, quiet the mind, and get in touch with our true nature, it can also be a way of helping us tap and mine our creative selves.

Yogini since 1994, for the first ten years she studied with Joyce Lagasse who combined iyengar and hatha yoga. The first, detail-oriented about anatomy, movement and form; the second, slower and breath oriented. Combined, great for strength and endurance with gentleness and awareness.
Starting a regular meditation practice in 2004, she later studied Yin yoga with Dave Jewitt and others. In Yin yoga the meditative poses are held for several minutes at a time to calm and balance the body.
Practising Dahn yoga since 2015, she finds this holistic Korean system profoundly healing and strengthening. It blends yoga, tai chi, and breath work with meditation which combined increase flexibility, creativity and conscious awareness.
The total creative process is a balance of imagination, idea generation, critical evaluation and astute implementation.
There is a difference between the knowing of the intellect and the knowing of the Heart. The Heart speaks in a voice that is sometimes hard to hear in the busyness of daily life. Creative impulse and inspiration comes from silence.
